Chattels In Design requests a 50% down payment for custom designed furniture. All sales are final.  If a customer is unsatisfied, then a review will be done on a case by case situation. The team at Chattels In Design strive to make our customers products with the very best of care and craftsmanship. Lead times can vary depending on wood producers and other supplier delays. The average lead time is 4-6 weeks. Customer are responsible for paying for shipping and sales tax on all product orders. Custom ordered fabrics are non-refundable as they are ordered exclusively for each client's individual taste.

A  restocking fee will apply to any mutually agreed upon returns.
